Morodo Offers Low Call Rate for iPhone Users

Morodo Limited,a London-based VoIP company, recently announced that it has launched a new application that enables Apple iPhone owners to make international phone calls at a low cost using an existing Web-based "virtual Mobile Nework".
Morodo has a product branded MO-Call, is a Virtual Mobile Network facilitates cost of making international calls from mobile phones. MO-Call works by means of a software plug-in that is installed on a mobile phone using the Safari browser and each international call is redirected through the MO-Call network, eliminating international roaming charges for mobile phone users. The MO-Call plug-in sends calls to the Morodo network offering substantial savings over Mobile Network Operator tariffs.
By using the iPhone MO-Call service as a stepping stone to its target, Morodo is aiming at becoming a global VoIP service operator. And working towards realizing this dream, the company stated that it has developed an OS that can work on multiple platforms and therefore making the usabiity of MO-Call with more than 800 different mobile phones on the market possible.
The new call rate using MO-Call ensures that users spend less for more talk, for instance, a call originating from a US mobile phone to a mobile phone user in Japan will cost $0.23 per minute, while the same calls through Verizon Wireless cost phone owners $1.62 per minute.
